By using this website and purchasing products through the DIY Insulation Website, you agree to the
terms and conditions below. For these terms and conditions, “Us,” “Our” and “We” refers to DIY
Insulation, its directors, shareholders, and staff. “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor,
website user, or person accessing our website.
1. JURISIDICTION
These DIY Insulation website terms and conditions, and any disputes arising in connection with
them, are governed by the laws of Australia.
2. AMENDMENT OF TERMS
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please
check these terms regularly before using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We
will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you
choose to use our website, then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement
and acceptance that these terms govern your and DIY Insulation’s rights and obligations to each
other.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that it is not
legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website,
whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we
may offer or from any other use of the website. This includes your use or reliance on any third party

materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through

4. STATUTORY CONSUMER GUARANTEES
DIY Insulation acknowledges that the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 contains statutory
consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
These Terms and Conditions are not intended to exclude or restrict these guarantees.
5. DISCLAIMER
To the extent permitted by law, DIY Insulation disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied,
including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular
purpose. No warranty is given that the documents, goods, or services will be free of errors, or that
defects will be corrected, or that our website or its server is free of viruses or any other harmful
components.
While we, at all times endeavour to have the most accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information on
our website, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the result of the
use of any document, product, service, link, or information in its website or as to their correctness,
suitability, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
It is your sole responsibility and not our responsibility to bear any costs of servicing, repairs, or
correction. The applicable law in your state or territory may not permit these exclusions, particularly
the exclusions of some implied warranties. Some of the above may not apply to you, but you must
ensure you are aware of any risk you may be taking by using this website or any products or services

7. PRODUCT PRICES
Product prices are given inclusive of GST and exclude delivery charges, which also include GST.
Product prices from third party suppliers may change without any notice and prices listed on the
website may not necessarily be current or up to date. In the event that an order is placed where the
product price(s) has changed, we will notify you within 2 business days of the order being placed
with the updated product price. You will have the option to either proceed with the order at the
new price or you may cancel the order and request a full refund.
8. ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance by DIY Insulation. We reserve the right to restrict the number of
items that you may purchase. The products are offered for sale only to persons who can make legally
binding contracts.
We will make all reasonable efforts to process your order within 1 Business Day of receiving your
order. Orders placed on the weekend or on a Public Holiday will not begin processing until the next
Business Day.
We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice, or to not supply any product for any
reason.
If your order is for a product that is out of stock, DIY Insulation will notify you and may offer the
option of a substitute product (which may be a different price) or cancellation of your order. If you
choose to take a substitute product, your order will be amended and a new acknowledgment will be
sent to you by DIY Insulation. If you choose to cancel your order due to any product you ordered not
being in stock, and if you have already made a payment for your order, then you may also request to
receive a full reimbursement of the payment amount(s) you have already made towards the
cancelled order, and DIY Insulation will reimburse your payment within 5 Business Days of receiving
your request for the reimbursement.
9. PAYMENT
All orders must be paid for and payment received in full prior to the order being processed and
dispatched. Incomplete or partial payments will not be accepted, and may result in delays in
processing your order.
10. DELIVERY
DIY Insulation delivers throughout Melbourne metropolitan and Country Victoria. For deliveries
outside Melbourne metropolitan area, we may need to contact you further to discuss pricing and
delivery dates. It is possible an order made arrive in separate deliveries.
If any products are out of stock at the time of your purchase, we will contact you and provide you
with details of a delivery date.
11. FREIGHT DAMAGE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS NOTIFICATION
Notice of transit damage or any claims for defective Products should be made to DIY Insulation via
diy@diyinsulation.com.au immediately upon delivery of the products, and no later than within 48
hours of delivery of the products.
