If you have any queries regarding your order or delivery or to request a cancellation or refund please
email us at diy@diyinsulation.com.au. Please use your order number as a reference. - REFUND POLICY
In addition to the mandatory statutory rights available to customers under the Competition and
Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable consumer laws, DIY Insulation may at its discretion (or that
of its supplier) issue you a refund if:
the product is not a custom order
the order is cancelled prior to the shipment of the product
the product is returned within 30 days of purchase
the product has not been opened or is damaged
Collection/freight charges may apply depending on the place of collection. DIY Insulation may charge
a minimum collection fee of $100 (plus GST) together with a restocking fee of 20% of total value
purchase applies (whichever is greater) for any unopened material. No returns will be accepted
without the prior written consent of DIY Insulation. There are no returns available on custom
orders. - CANCELLATION
All requests for cancellation of an order should be made to diy@diyinsulation.com.au within 4 hours
of the order being made. In the event that a product has already been shipped a cancellation fee
together with restocking fee may be applicable. You will be notified of these charges at the time you
request the cancellation. - DELIVERY INFORMATION
DIY Insulation delivers throughout Melbourne metropolitan and Country Victoria. For deliveries
outside Melbourne metropolitan area, we may need to contact you further to discuss pricing and
delivery dates. It is possible an order made arrive in separate deliveries.
If any products are out of stock at the time of your purchase, we will contact you and provide you
with details of a delivery date.
